YEREVAN. - Armenia has not received an invitation from the Izmir fair organizers, representative of Armenia’s Trade and Industry Chamber informed Armenian News-NEWS.am. It is conditioned by lack of diplomatic relations between the states, they explained.
The Turkish city of Izmir will host 80th traditional trade fair.
Turkish Minister of Industry and Trade Nihat Ergun called on the countries participating in Izmir fair to support conduction of EXPO- 2020 in Izmir. He stressed that even during the years of the World War II, world traders and manufacturers met at Izmir fair.
