The fact that Iran has accumulated large reserves of enriched uranium does not mean that Tehran has nuclear weapons. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has no information about Iran's nuclear program, the Director General of the agency, Rafael Mariano Grossi, announced after the UN Security Council meeting.

He emphasized that the stockpiles of enriched uranium at Tehran's disposal, which are technically identical to weapons, "is not irrelevant and raises questions in the international community."

The head of the IAEA added that he expects to visit Tehran in a few weeks to discuss the matter of the existence of large reserves of enriched uranium in Iran.

Also, Grossi expressed a hope that he will manage to move the situation to a high level of cooperation. In his view, the level of their access could be much better.
