Armenia's participation in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) is beneficial for the country in terms of economy. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Aleksandr Pankin told this to reporters within the framework of the "Russia-Islamic World: KazanForum."
"Armenia is the EAEU chair this year, it performs chairmanship functions. Armenia, like all EAEU participants, benefits from participation," said the Russian deputy FM.
According to him, the EAEU has a large consumer market, and participation in it implies all kinds of technological industrial cooperation and projects.
As per Pankin, Armenia's benefit from participation in the Eurasian Economic Union is statistically confirmed by various economic indicators.
